At Vstfab.com, we aim for a smooth shopping experience from placing your order to receiving and, if needed, returning your items. Here’s a summary of our delivery and return policies. How We Deliver Your Order
  • Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order confirmation. You’ll get an email when your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Major Metros: 3-7 business days from dispatch.

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 business days from dispatch.

    • Remote Locations: Up to 10-15 business days from dispatch.

    • These are estimates and may vary. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery Partner: We partner with Shiprocket to ensure your orders are delivered reliably across India.

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to track your order via Shiprocket. You can also track on our “Track Order” page.

  • Delivery Delays & Issues: While rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays. If your order is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery/expected delivery.


 

Our Return & Exchange Process
  • Return/Exchange Window: You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks are generally non-returnable. Items marked “Final Sale” are also not eligible.

  • How to Initiate:

    1. Email us at k.venkatachalapathi@gmail.com or call 9384269805 within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Provide your Order Number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

    3. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

    • For other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7-10 business days. The actual time to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

    • If a return is rejected (e.g., fails to meet conditions), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

  • Exchanges: Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of approval, subject to availability. Any price differences will be managed accordingly.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately for cancellation requests.
