2. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping Charge: A flat shipping charge of ₹70 (Rupees Seventy only) will be applied to most orders across India.
Variable Shipping Costs: For certain remote locations or specific pin codes, shipping charges may vary. Any additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Minimum Order for Free Shipping (Optional – if you want to offer this): Orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999) may qualify for free shipping. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with Shiprocket to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders across India. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Major Metros (Tier 1 Cities): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days from dispatch.
Other Cities and Towns (Tier 2 & 3 Cities): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days from dispatch.
Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations might take longer, up to 10-15 business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
4. How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We work with Shiprocket as our primary logistics partner. Shiprocket partners with various reputable courier services across India to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays. These can include:
Inclement weather conditions
National holidays or festivals
Unforeseen logistical issues
Customs clearance delays (if applicable, though generally not for domestic shipping)
Recipient not available at the delivery address
