Welcome to Vstfab.com! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vstfab.com website (the “Site”) and any products or services offered herein. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. General Conditions

• Vstfab.com is an online clothing e-commerce store operated by Vstfab, with the proprietor being Venkatachalapathi, based in Coimbatore, India.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

• Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

2. Products or Services

• All products listed on Vstfab.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on Vstfab.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We use Razorpay as our primary payment gateway. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; this information is securely handled by Razorpay.

• We accept various payment methods facilitated by Razorpay, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets.

• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the cancelled order, we will issue a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We utilize Shiprocket for all our order deliveries across India. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Shiprocket and their associated courier partners.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products.

5. User Account and Responsibilities

• To make a purchase on our Site, you may choose to register for an account or proceed as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

   

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

• You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
